Local Company Changing Countless Lives By Generously Giving Throughout the Black Hills.
Rapid City, SD – (July 30, 2015) On Friday, July 31, 2015, Liv Hospitality will present seven local non-profit organizations with checks: a donation from the company’s “Liv to Give,” fundraiser on April 11, 2015. The presentation will take place at Slider’s Bar & Grill at 9 a.m. Immediately following the presentation will be a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Residence Inn by Marriott, Liv Hospitality’s latest addition and the newest hotel in Rapid City. A representative from each organization will be present at the ceremony.
The seven non-profit organizations receiving checks are as follows:
- Main Street Square
- Arete scholarships in memory of Kevin J. Morsching
- STM – Scott Grimsrud Scholarship
- Soccer Rapid City
- Rushmore Thunder Hockey Association
- City of Box Elder
- Rapid City Boys Club
The donations were raised on April 11, 2015 by four Liv Hospitality properties: La Quinta Inn & Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Slider’s Bar & Grill, and WaTiki, the largest indoor waterpark in the Dakotas.
Since beginning in 2007, the Liv to Give fundraiser has donated over $250,000 to non-profits throughout the Black Hills.
